I graduated with a bachelors from Flagler College in Psychology and Criminology and obtained a masters degree from the University of North Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also hold a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy in Counseling (AAT-C). I have years of experience working with survivors of complex trauma, substance use, and other mental health challenges.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). When I am not in the counseling room you can find me spending time with my dog Kenzo, exploring Saint Augustine, or hitting the beach. Each great journey begins with a brave first step, and I am truly honored you have chosen me to walk this path with you.
